We ship to almost every country in the European Union. Whether you live in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland or any other EU country, ordering from us is as easy as ordering locally.

Within the EU you never pay extra. All prices on our site include VAT. There are no customs charges or import duties within the European Union — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Ordering from Switzerland? Import duties, VAT and customs handling fees may be charged by customs or the carrier when your parcel enters the country. These costs are payable by the recipient and are separate from the amount you pay us.
Delivery times are averages and apply from the moment of dispatch.
On arrival: please check your parcel for transport damage before signing. See any damage? Report it to the courier and send us the reference number — we will handle the claim for you.

We deliver to almost all EU countries and to Switzerland. Enter your address at checkout and you will immediately see the exact shipping cost.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely with credit card, PayPal and Klarna, among others. You will see all available payment methods at checkout. All payments are encrypted and secure.
When will my order be shipped?
As soon as your payment comes through, we usually process your order within 24 hours on working days.
Can I still change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not shipped, we will see whether we can still adjust the delivery address or the items.
I have not received my order yet — what now?
Get in touch with us; we track every shipment closely and will quickly let you know where your parcel is.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Anywhere in the EU you have 14 days to change your mind and a 1-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. Read our return policy for the exact procedure.
